Catalog Mode Geolocation for Product URLs & Currency

I can’t seem to find conclusive information on using Geolocation plugins / extensions for Catalog mode within the WooCommerce Plugin.

My requirement is pretty simple – I want the “Product URL” to change based on the global location of the website visitor. Over and above this, I’d also like the price and the currency to update based on the global location of the website visitor. Meanwhile – all in the catalog mode (Keeping in mind, that with Catalog mode selected, the “Buy Now” button and the product price is still visible – and that’s how I want it)

Anyone (maybe an affiliate) using the WooCommerce Plugin in a similar way?

Can anyone advise which plugins / extensions would be required to achieve the functionality described / is there anything natively within the WooCommerce plugin which I am overlooking?
