    Hi @ckwang

I tried to recreate the issue you’re experiencing on my end using Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and a few mobile devices, but everything worked perfectly. I also tested the responsiveness of your mentioned page using several Chrome add-ons, and it all seemed fine from my side.

For better assistance, can you provide screenshots showing the issue on your end? For screenshots, you may use https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

Additionally, often, these types of issues could be related to the web browser you’re using. An excellent step to troubleshooting this would be to try clearing your browser’s cache. This can often help in resolving general site loading or performance issues.

You can follow our detailed guide on clearing browser cache here: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello @ckwang 👋

If I understand correctly, you’re using the filters on the product page and nothing happens, as shown here:

    Direct link: https://ibb.co/KwpZL02

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    3. Go to the shop page and check again

If you’re not seeing the same behavior after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

Reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, go on and reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here:

Let us know how it goes.

    Cheers.

Hi Mirko. I followed your steps and now filter is working. Unfortunately the original plugins are the bate minimum already to have my site run the way it did. If I reactivate them I’m bound to have a screwed up filter again. But i kind of need both. What do you suggest? Thx

btw if ur accessing the site again the menu has changed pls select shop our catalog instead of shop to access the product listings if your trying to test the filter again thx

    Hi @ckwang

I followed your steps and now filter is working.

I am glad that after switching to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled, the filter is now working as expected, correct?

Unfortunately the original plugins are the bate minimum already to have my site run the way it did. If I reactivate them I’m bound to have a screwed up filter again. But i kind of need both. What do you suggest?

In this case, have you enabled these plugins one by one to know which is causing the conflict here? If so and this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    Hope this helps!
