    Hi Josh and thanks for sharing this useful plugin.
    What I miss are three functions:
    1) manually add FAQ unrelated to specific product, I mean that are valid and repeated in all products, this could be useful for common features and questions.
    Need only don’t specify the product or assign a “All catalog products” FAQ (or, may be, for categories too?)
    2) option to hide Ask a question from front end, not all e-shop want this type of interaction but need only to put FAQs from admin.
    3) option to change the default email address where the FAQ request is sent
    What about?

    Your first and second feature requests are great thoughts!

    For your third – the email gets sent to the email as set in General Settings of WordPress. Is changing it there not a solution for you?

    Hi Josh,
    the general email address is for administrator that can be technician but may be not the same person that is for marketing or shop manager (don’t forget that WP isn’t anymore only a blog), so the simplest solution could be a field address that if filled is used and if empty the general address is used instead.
    It make sense for you?
