According to the log you posted, you would have to visit your server with any IPv6 to trigger the error.
The problem is that the PHP used on your server is compiled without IPv6 support (you should see a notice at the bottom of the plugin’s options page about that), but your server seems reachable from IPv6 adresses. This is may be something that you should bring up at your hosting company’s support as it might have implications for other applications as well.
