Catch Theme

  • There are a lot of “gorgeous”, “clean”, “customizable” themes available but for me SUPPORT and THEME STABILITY are key! The Catch Theme Tech Support Team is fabulous! Responsive? Yes! Sometimes I send an email late in the evening to wake up with an answer so I can immediately go to work. Clear? Yes! They explain the situation and how to resolve the problem clearly. Most often they take care of the problem for you – grant it that probably is faster for them – and me! Friendly? Yes! Even in an email they communicate their desire to help you. I never feel like I’m “bugging them” or asking a “stupid question”. And…they have even corrected silly mistakes not related to their theme! Thanks Catch! Keep up the great work!
