Catchable Fatal Error for Staff List

Good morning,

We’re using staff list on https://www.kidscentralinc.org/

We’ve created our new site on a test server, where we used Staff Directory successfully to create entries and organize groups.

However, when the site was migrated to the client host, we are now having difficulty —?

We’ll receive a catachable fatal error when adding new or duplicating new staff memebers:

Is there any advice you can offer in regards to this issue?
