  • Hi,

I don’t quite understand what you mean. The category filter, both using dropdown or checkboxes, is working just fine in the current version of the plugin. Could you please clarify what are you referring to?

    Hi,

    Here the page : https://www.soframap.com/en/retailers/

I let you check by yourself,

    Thank you,

    Regards.

    Hi again,

Oh, I see what you mean. Well, I believe the problem here is that you are hiding the “search” button (see screenshot).

Right now, in the current version of the plugin, changing the value in the category dropdown does not trigger a search (this is something that will be added in the upcoming 3.0 version). So you will need to show the search button alongside the category dropdown and hit it when you change the category. It is not ideal, but we are working on it!

    Hi,

The “search button” that you mean doesn’t with the category dropdown input, that was why it was hidden, it work with an input text.
I displayed the “search” button and the input text for you can check :

    Thank you,

    Hi again,

I am getting a 500 error when visiting your website. Please let me know when I can take a look at it. Thanks!

    Hi,

    It works now.

    Hi again,

I cannot do any searches in your site, so apparently the map is not working, but this is caused to some misconfiguration in your Google Maps API keys, I have this error in the javascript console:

Geocoding Service: This API key is not authorized to use this service or API. For more information on authentication and Google Maps JavaScript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key

Please check the documentation on how to properly set up the Google API keys ??

Also, make sure the response from your API keys is correct. You can try this in the wp store locator settings, at the top of the page, clicking on the “Show response” button. See what you get when you click that.

    Regards,
