• I recently deleted my b2evolution blog and installed WordPress, which I already like a whole lot more. I am, however, having a few initial problems, and would appreciate any help in these issues.

On the Reading tab in the Control Panel, I have the Front Page set to A Static Page with the About page selected, and below that, the Posts page just says, Select. This is great to have an option for a front page other than message posts, but now, when I click on a Category in the Sidebar to read a post, the post does not display! Ouchie! Well, it displays, but only the title with nothing in the body. Isn’t there a way to keep the Front Page static on the About page, and still be able to click Categories to see the posts inside of them?

If I do away with having a static front page, the posts show up normally, however, they do not have the Category names listed next to Permalink, Comments, etc.

I haven’t changed anything any place except for the files you can change in the Control Panel, and the changes were quite simple and minor.

    Best of, Paula
