What theme is this? Without a link to your site, it’s impossible to help with things like this.

I apologize. I have a test site up at https://www.obxtras.com/test
There you can see the divider between the category names that I would like to get rid of. Also, any help forming two columns instead of one would be fantastic.

Is that a theme widget? Did you try using the default WP categories widget? To remove the divider you will have to use CSS and remove border-bottom.

Yes, apparently it’s a theme widget. This was the only category widget in the widgets section. How would I find (use) the default widget? I’ll try the css file and get back.

Edit: Your advice helped and I found the “border bottom” line and put “none” and it did the trick. Thank you! Any chance I could get some help on how to make the widget show two columns instead of just one?

You may not be aware of this, but that theme is not released under the GPL licensing requirements of WP – you’d be well advised to find a good quality theme ASAP. Here’s some more info on why –
