    Sorry! In the widget area, the sugar and spice category/archives/pages. Is there anyway show only specific categories?

    No, the built in widget doesn’t have that feature. But I think you should be able to find some free plugin to do just that. I’m afraid I can’t recommend anything specific though. Maybe this plugin will be helpful? As a last resort, you could use simple text widget and manually create a list of selected categories.
