    Hi darkallman,

    of course. If you haven’t figured it out yet: are you logged in as network admin? If so, navigate to “My sites” -> “Network admin” -> “Dashboard”. There you will find “Settings” under the “Multisite Ticket System” where you can add and delete categories.
