    to get to know where the problem occured, it would be good to first upgrade wordpress – check if it’s fine – then upgrade jigoshop.
    Do you have backup to do that?
    Are your categories showing properly in admin panel or they are messed up there too?
    If they seem to be fine in admin panel, you may try refreshing your permalinks (go to Settings/Permalinks, click save).
    If that’s not it – please contact us via [email protected] with your admin panel details and we’ll have a look!

    It seems that both jigoshop and other plugin both were adjusting WordPress permalinks to their needs what caused wrong url’s rewriting. Changing and resaving Jigoshop permalinks settings was enough.
