categories and experts and users

  • I want to configure my WP site into several areas of interest. Several of the users of one particular category will be ‘experts’ and will have more priviledges for that particular category. In any other category the same ‘expert’ user would just be considered a non-expert and not have extensive editorial privileges.

    How would I structure WP for this? AFAIK an editor user has editorial privileges for all categories. This won’t work for this new site.

    Do I need a plug-in? wordpressMU? A consultant? All of the above?
