Categories and Homepage

Hi,

How to put our latest news on your homepage? I found a way to have the latest post appearing, but I have three categories and would like to have only two to appear in my homepage.

I would like to know if it’s possible to remove Categories Archives: from my categories titles (because categories is the only way I found to share post)?
