Categories and Links drop-down in Edit menu not working

    I have been making changes on the menu with no issues until upgrading to Version 3.8. When you open Edit Menus only Pages is open and the following drop-downs no longer work: Links, Categories, Screen Options and Help, and Pages will not collapse, so I am unable to Edit the Menu. I am using Genesis Theme Version: 2.0.1 · Released: August 21, 2013

  • Try clearing your browser cache and try another browser. Make sure you have cleared any caching on your site.

    If that doesn’t work, try deactivating ALL plugins and switching to twentythirteen theme to start troubleshooting this. If that fixes it, reverse your steps one by one to find which is the problem.

    Thanks for the help. It was the WP Category Sticky Posts by Brian Zeligson that caused teh problem. I noticed too that the contact connection to ‘his site’ is workinboxershorts.com and has nothing to do with his plugin. I deleted the plugin and installed TamMcfarlin’s Categroy Sticky Posts and everything is working fine.
