• Hi,

    I’m a graphic designer in a company, and I use this plugin to create Work Tickets for the various requests that I get. It allows me to keep a log of what I do.

    I was previously using another plugin, but it was breaking my theme and I got fed up. Your plugin is working great for my needs, but there are two things that would be of great use:

    • A category for the ticket: I was able to create the dropDown menu “Category” in the Form. It’s showing on the Ticket Submit form but I can’t get it to display anywhere after the ticket has been submitted. I mostly need it in the Tickets listing in the admin.
    • The ability to choose the “start from” number: since I’m coming from another system, and my file system follows the tickets, it would be great if my tickets could start at a specific number.

    I’m no coder, but I don’t think these would be very complicated to do in the code. With detailled instruction, I could find my way around. Any help would be appreciated.
