Categories as actual menu items

  • Does anyone know of a way to have categories as actual menu items.

    Picture that I’m trying to make a car blog. I will write stories about GM, Ford, Toyota, Honda and BMW. I’m looking to have my menu have Home< GM, Ford, Toyota, Honda and BMW as options. My main page will show blogs for all, but when you click the link for, say, BMW it will show you all fo the blog posts for BMW.

    Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks.
