Categories as Pages

If you have menu feature on your theme then

click on menu in appearance
on menu page create custom menu if you have not created one
on top right click on small arrow screen options
you will see what you can have on page select category
now you should have a box with all categories
just select the one you want in menu and click add
If you want posts as sub menu than do same and drag posts in respective category

This is the error I get. But obviously it is showing a menu on my page.

The current theme does not natively support menus, but you can use the “Custom Menu” widget to add any menus you create here to the theme’s sidebar.

that is the default menu is not custom menu you created as your theme does not support custom menu.

There will be some code changes for your theme to have custom menu

Or make your top nav widget-ready and add a Custom Menu widget or the Category widget.

Fix what ever else might need fixing, but I doubt there is anything else. Or add what ever else seems fit.

so basicly you want is to use custom menu so that you create category pages and have post under them as child.

Yeah pretty much. And what ever else might have to be added. I don’t know much about widgets.

I am working on it its not like normal theme I have seen.

the theme will not let me add categories try on your end see if you can categories. Your theme function is different looks like its getting functions from some other file.

I have been searching for support for WP Framework when I go on https://wpframework.com it redirects me to https://devpress.com/
and there not much help there.

Where did you get you get the theme do they any support.

I got it from the New Themes on WordPress. Just type in Framework. And you get it.
