• Hi, categories seems to be corrupted on my subsites of a WordPress Multisite set-up.

As you can see on the screenshot, they cant be clicked, edited or even deleted, and there is an “Add for CTR” in their description, whatever that means…

Any ideas whats happening and how to resolve this?

Looks like the list table’s HTML became corrupted. This can happen if a theme or plugin attempts to modify the list table, but does so incorrectly. If you deactivate all plugins and switch to a default theme, you should again see a normal, functional category list table. Narrow down the cause by restoring your theme and plugins, one at a time. Check the category list table after each. When it again becomes corrupted, the last activated module is the cause. Take up the issue through its dedicated support channel.

Unfortunately I turned off all plugins and themes and the problem is still there.

When I google for “add for ctr” or “ctr_category_click” which is part of the corrupted category url (https://mydomain.com/?taxonomy=ctr_category_click&term=fizika), I get no results which is kind of strange.
