  • If you deleted some plugins, then it’s likely that you deleted the plugin that was creating the functionality that you are now missing. Those links are not created by WordPress itself, but either by a plugin or your theme. You will need to reactivate the things you deleted and then work from there.

If you are using a commercial theme or plugin, then please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Hello, thank you. If I knew which plugin it was, I would definitely renew it. Unfortunately, there were so many of them. Could you please tell me if there is a way that I can track my changes in WP? So I can reactivate the one plugin…

There isn’t a way to track changes like that, unless your host can handle that for you (you would need to ask them about that). But what I would recommend is activating all of your plugins that you deactivated and then disable them one by one, while using one of the default (Twenty*) themes. When the problem returns you will have found the problematic plugin ??

If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Activating plugins doesnt help, I deleted ones I dont use (at least I thought I wasnt using them ?? Now I know I was ?? ) So now I have no idea which plugin was providing this action. But thanks for trying to help. I think I will search for new plugin for categories now. Hope this will help. If you know about such plugin, please, share the tip ??

Category links like that are usually created by the your theme although not necessarily, so I would recommend contacting your theme company’s support to see if they can help.
