    Hi @another13,

Could you try to clear your cache of the browser and any cache plugin you’re using?

    Hello Michel.

The plugin is still not working!
I believe it’s a problem related with WP Rocket.
    I get this error:
“Error Message: PHP Warning: RecursiveDirectoryIterator::__construct(…/public_html/wp-content/cache/busting/1): failed to open dir: No such file or directory in file …/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-rocket/inc/functions/files.php on line 484”.

    Thank you.

    Hello @another13,

I assume you’re getting that error when generating a feed? Could you try to clear your cache of the browser and any cache plugin you’re using?

When you generate a feed, does it go to a OK status or to a failed status? And if you then open the feed, does it look OK or not?

    (@another13)

Already cleared the cache but it still doen’t work.
I’m not able to create any feed, it does not show the categories or the button.

I can only see an old feed but I’m also not able to edit it.

    HOw should I proceed?

    Thank you.

It does not show the Save & Generate Feed button at all or it stays ghosted?
Does this happen when editing a feed and when starting a new feed?

Could you open the console tab of you browser (https://kb.mailster.co/how-can-i-open-the-browsers-console/) and then open or reload the page, what messages do you see on that tab?

    Thread Starter another13

    (@another13)

It doesn’t show the button at all.
    It happens in both situations.

I only get the “Mixed Content: The page at” error related to the https, nothing else.

    (@michel-jongbloed)

Could you make a screenshot of both situations, including the console tab and send them to michel @ wpmarketingrobot.com?

Hi @another13, thanks for the screenshot.

    What theme are you using?
Your theme seems to load an insecure stylesheet (from https://fonts.googleapis.com) and that seems to block items from the page (see also https://stackoverflow.com/questions/24533912/loading-google-font-in-https-content-being-blocked). I’m not sure if this causes the issue, but it’s better to solve that issue in stead of just leaving it as is.

Also, could you enter a name, select the Channel and then make a new screenshot?

Topic fixed as it was caused by an undefined variable in another plugin.
