Categories in heierarchy order feature request

Hi,
First of all thank you for a great plugin but I only have a small feature request.
On the options to select which category to show the widget in the categories are not displayed in their hierarchy where pages are i..e instead of showing the parent categories and then the child categories indented it is just one long alphabetical list.
It is ok but as our website has a number of categories due to it being a news website it would be fantastic if the categories could be shown with parent categories followedd by child categories and then their child categories.
