    Hi everyone,
Firstly, don’t worry about my bad english, I’m sorry ad I’ll do my best.

So, in the frontend form, all work good. But, when I want to add an event using the backend form (The link “Add event” in wp-admin), the input for categories doesn’t display.

This is a screenshot of my backend (Something are in French but I wrote the translation in English on the important parts).
Normaly, in the red circle, a “page” called “Categories” is displayed and, inside, I could select a category…

I checked my user’s capabilities and I have all permissions (My user is a WordPress’s Administrator and the administrator role got all capabilities in Events Manager).

Have somebody a good idea of the reason of this issue and/or how can I resolve it ?

Thanks you and have a good week-end !

    P.S.:

I also checked in the Events Manager’s options and the radio button “Enable categories?” and the “Yes” choice is checked

Have you enabled Gutenberg? When I did I lost the backend categories and tags from the edit event page. I add them using the quick edit from the backend events list

    Hello Will,

I didn’t it manually but Gutenberg is enabled since may 2019…
I never had problems with that. Why it suddently stopped work fine ?

Yes I can add them by using the quick edit from the backend events list but it’s add a new manipulation for my user that I don’t want to. I have some Constributor user that can add events from the backend.
