• hey guys…

so i created a category, “cities” and put it in my “menu”…

then within the menu, i put several pages.. nyc, chicago, los angeles, etc…. 4 or 5 i think…

when i view it, the cities appear in a drop down, and you can click them. that’s great…..! that’s what i want!

BUT…. if you CLICK where it says “cities” on the menu, it takes me to a blank page, where it is looking for articles, and, since there are no articles, it is blank!

How do i create a default “landing page” for if someone clicks the “cities” button? it would be nice to have 1 page that displays all of the cities and some general info (that’s easy enough) … instead of a blank page… OR…. not go anywhere at all when it’s clicked…

    thanks.

NEVERMIND!!!!!!!!!! i just realized, i don’t have to use “categories”…

instead, i created a CUSTOM LINK, and created the “cities” landing page and then put the other pages under them in the menu and it works fine..

    Thanks anyway!

Hi mitchberry. You don’t need a “cities” landing page. In your Custom Link menu item for “cities”, just enter a # for the URL.
