Categories Non-functional

It looks like it has to do with your permalinks. You might try resetting them.

If you just updated to 4.3 then please take a look at this list also.

For some reason my category links are dead.

Question is the sort term in the above a parent category, or is this from a plugin? If it is not the parent category then this may be a plugin or theme issue. The theme is from WPStuff, if resetting your permalinks does not solve the problem you may want to contact them at https://www.wpstuffs.com/contact-us/

It will not hurt to check your permalinks, however.
To reset permalinks:
In the Settings → Permalinks panel, you can choose one of the more common permalink structures or enter your own in the “Custom structure” field using the structure tags. It looks like from your category links you are missing that it was “Post name”. That would need to be selected.

@thatcentristblog have you tried resetting the permalinks, please tell me your current permalink set in the admin panel of your website, it will reside in the left sidebar under the settings->Permalinks.
If it’s set to dafault then please trying changing it to Post name and then check if the links are functional or not and let me know in problem.
