Categories not accessible

  • Hello,

    Since the latest WordPress upgrade my categories do not show. Clicks on
    category links lead to a 404, page does not exist error. (I have deleted
    the link to categories because I was getting a lot of questions)

    I have:
    disabled all plugins
    cleared cache
    refreshed permalinks
    re-updated WordPress
    installed health check
    thru health check installed a default theme and the categories pages can be seen
    tried all the suggestions for fixes i could find in WordPress support board

    Any help will be deeply appreciated,

    I’ve just visited your website and tried News category – https://hocoba.com/category/news/ and I’ve landed on a blank page.

    So there’s certainly something that’s causing this.

    Since you appear to be using our Pro theme, please go to https://www.lyrathemes.com/support/ and open a new support ticket.
    We’re not allowed to provide support to commercial products here.

    Thanks for your reply, i already opened a ticket there, will happily open another one.
    I send an update to the ticket earlier today.

    In desperation I posted here to see if the community could help.
