Categories not appearing in alphabetical order

Tried both was able to rearrange within wordpress admin but still not change on the page. ??

Strange. Could it be caching? Do you have any cache plugins? If so, purge the cache and check again.

No cache plugin is installed on my site, no. Can you recommend one?

I don’t recommend caching plugins as they cause troubles such as the one you describe. I am not certain what is causing categories to not be sorted the way you would like unfortunately. In fact, I can’t seem to load your page well it takes forever.
