    Hi tewm,

I noticed something strange with your URLs. The trailing slash that WordPress normally applies to URLs is being stripped on your site. This is creating the link you mentioned: https://milesopedia.com/questions-reponses?include_category=programmes-bancaires. It should actually be: https://milesopedia.com/questions-reponses/?include_category=programmes-bancaires (with the slash before the question mark). If you try and add the slash in, it just removes it on page load. Same thing if you try to just go to your FAQs page using the slash (i.e. https://milesopedia.com/questions-reponses/). It automatically removes the slash and redirects you to https://milesopedia.com/questions-reponses.

It seems like you maybe have something written in your htaccess file to remove the trailing slashes. Or perhaps another plugin is doing it. Either way, try disabling this functionality and then testing your FAQs again.

I disable the removal of the trailing slash and test it but even if I have the trailing slash I don’t see the categories. (I reactivate the removal so my sitemap is not updated)

What I found surprising is that I don’t the categories in the wordpress editor when I try to insert the shortcode (see screenshot above). it’s not normal, isn’t it?

I found the problem: it as in one of our custom functions (pre_get_posts), we changed the query for a custom ordering in some archive pages, the conditional statement was not enough strict. My mistake!

    Hi Matthieu,

Thank you for sharing what you did to resolve the issue, as it may help out someone who’s facing a similar problem.
