Categories Not Displaying

  • I have 5 categories for my events. However, the categories are not displaying in the event list. All I have displayed is “All | Upcoming | 2015” ….which when you click on the link, they go no where. How can I get the 5 categories I’ve designated to display and how can I eliminate what is showing now… i.e. All | Upcoming | 2015?
