Categories not importing?

We are using this plugin which seems to work fine. Except it will not import categories. As shown in https://temp.extremehosting.ca/trash/cats.png we have a “Bumpers” Category defined. Then during import I am specifically selecting the proper column as shown in https://temp.extremehosting.ca/trash/csv.png – “Bumpers” is defined for each product’s Category column in the CSV. But after import it is not selected. as shown at https://temp.extremehosting.ca/trash/done.png

Does any one know why? What am I missing?
