Categories not opening in back door

Try to just open up the categories in the back end of wordpress. For example it defaults on ‘categories’ in the drop down menu. I scroll down to a another category I created such as ‘brands’, and when it is selected nothing happens. And I get an error on the bottom of the page. What could this be??

Ive already tried deactivating and reactivating my plugins and switching to the default theme.

Im thinking it could be something with my browser but not sure.
