Categories Not Showing and Other Errors

    Hello,

    I am having trouble figuring out why the categories aren’t showing on the Search page. They only show when I create a new listing and then check every category box for that listing, which that listing only belongs in one category.

    Also, when creating a new listing I am unable to edit General Information, Contact Information, and add Social Sharing.

    Regarding category issue:

    We can see that one category is showing on the search page. If you want to show any category on the search page, then that category should be assigned to a listing at least. Empty categories are not listed on the search result page. As far as we can see, you have only one listing assigned to the deliveries category. This is why only one category is showing.
    Btw, you can also customize this category related settings from the following page
    Dashboard > directorist settings> listings settings page.

    Regarding issue editing general info etc of a listing:

    We are sorry to hear this. But we have tested the latest version and everything is working fine. We would suggest you temporarily deactivate other plugins and try again and see if this solves your issue. You may also try changing the theme to default WordPress theme to test.
