This is most likely a permalinks issue. Please visit your Permalinks Settings in your dashboard, and try resaving your existing settings.

This will cause WordPress to refresh the .htaccess file, and usually fixes errors like this in the process.

Hi Ben. I tried that and it’s still redirecting them all back to my home page.

Hmm okay try deleting and re-adding the category widget.

The category links Apex adds at the bottom of the post pages are working fine, so I’m not completely sure why the widget in particular is generating the incorrect category URLs.

The next thing to try is deactivating all plugins on the site temporarily. You can bulk deactivate them using the top checkbox and bulk action dropdown menu in the Plugins page. If this fixes the issue, you can reactivate them one-by-one until you find which plugin is causing the issue.

Deactivating your plugins in this way won’t have any impact on their settings.
