Categories on Shop page

    Hi All
    On my shop page I am displaying categories and products.
    One of my menu items do not show up as a category on the shop page, but is showing as a menu dropdown.
    I have also noticed in one or two other areas that product categories are not showing on the shop page, although their menu and items are displaying.
    If I create a new category, add it to menu, then this new entry shows on the shop page, or if new sub-categories have been created, I appear to be missing (I think) one category and two sub-categories.
    I have tried deleting the page and category and re-created one of them and still does not appear.

    Any thoughts?

    If possible, kindly asist us get a better understanding of the issue. Your site is behind a maintenance page and we might want to see how you’ve setup your categories and menus.

    You could assist us with screenshots of:
    * The product categories at WP-Admin → Product → Categories
    * The categories on the menu at Appearance → Menus
    * The categories shown on your shop page
    * Anything else that I could’ve left out but will add more context to the issue
