Categories page need only text not sub-category posts

Hello,
I have a client that wants a main category page to not show the sub category posts, so for the Videos and Slideshow page to just have the text and not the blog posts on that post that come with that category? So for instance on this page: https://setsail.com/category/sailing-videos-slideshows/ I want just the text on the head category page videos and slideshows and for the specific blog posts to only show up once they click on the specific sub categories.
