Categories page not accessible

I encounter the following problem.

I just upgrade to WP 3.1 and notice that when I click on category page, it redirect to main index page. For example if I click on

https://1-million-dollar-blog.com/category/banking/

it redirect to

https://1-million-dollar-blog.com/

Please help me to fix it.
