Categories redirect

  • I am using estore free version theme for a woo-commerce website.In the product page the catogories of the product is showing as link but after clicking they redirected to the front page not in the categories page. How can I redirect them to the categories page? please help

  • Hi @mridulcse,

    Try deactivating all plugins except woo-commerce. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    thanks for reply.I deactivate the all plugins.But it did not solved.and I did not understand what you said in the second paragraph @mocassinis

    Maybe it is better to get in touch with the WordPress Developer of this theme to report the bug.

    In the meantime can you send me the url of the website?

    Do you you use yoast seo? Somethnig like that happened to me because of that plugin.
