Categories & Short URL Not Appearing

Hi there, can you give us more details here as well as some screenshots? I just tested hashtags from categories and it worked just fine. I also used wp short url and it also worked fine.

I have some screenshots available, but I’m not sure how to paste them in here? It doesn’t seem to give me that capability.

The last time everything was working correctly was 04/29/2018. It took me a few days to realize that nothing was being posted at all. On 05/02/2018, I checked the plugin, and sure enough, it wasn’t “connected” to my Twitter account. So, I re-connected it, and the plugin began posting to Twitter again. However, since then, it’s now posting without the category hashtags and short URL.

Whelp! I figured out why the hashtags weren’t posting. Even though I had it set to “Create hashtags from categories,” the “Maximum Hashtags length” was set to “0.” Sorry about that.

I guess I’m not too worried about why the short URL doesn’t show up, since there is still a link to click.

The link is being shared to twitter which twitter then shortens using it’s own shortener. It’s sharing the right way because it’s using the twitter cards.
