    No one?

You have to use the Category name not the category ID as you parameter.

    E.g. EVR_CATEGORY event_category_id=”Free Hands-On Workshop”]

Thanks for your reply, but that’s how I am using the shortcodes and it isn’t displaying the events by category.

I am not sure why it is not working for you. I am using an older version of the plugin so maybe things have changed since. Just to verify proper use, I recommend you go to the Events Category section and copy the shortcut as it is shown in the list and paste it on your page. In my case I missed type the entry and/or missed to include the []

That’s what I have done when created a category, copy/paste of the shortcode that is shown.

Just found this in the plugin forum:

Thanks for the link. As I mentioned, since I made my own modifications to the plugin to fit my needs, I did not update it to the newer version that’s why I am not experiencing the issue. Since this is an important feature of the plugin, I am sure the author will fix it.

Well, I have been waiting too long for a solution for this problem, anyone has any idea how to fix this problem? Sent an email to the support over two weeks ago and still no answer.
