I hope you appreciate the difficulty in helping with situations like yours, which is why you’ve not received a response in 3 days.

In situations like this, I would go out of my way to set up a fresh WordPress site with the theme in question, try yo replicate the problem, and suggest a fix.

But without having access to the theme files, it’s impossible for any support volunteer here to install the theme, do any testing, and try to help you out. I couldn’t even find a public demo of this “driprental” theme on the web: it’s presented as “free”, but I tried 3 times and got nothing in my mailbox, only a video sales pitch.

If you don’t get any help from the developer and still want to use this theme, perhaps your only choice left would be to hire someone to look in the code for you: https://jobs.wordpress.net/
