Categories / shows posts connected but there aren't any

  • on the categories page in wordpress – there’s a category called Specialities – in the Posts column, it shows there are 4 posts

    when I click the 4 in the posts column, the next screen shows No Posts Found

    can I delete the category w/o it causing a problem? I don’t want it but with it showing connected somehow I don’t want to mess things up
