Categories will not add

  • New 2.1 site. Manage > Add Categories > will not add category to the categories list on the Manage Categories page.

  • What happens when you click on the “Add Category” botton at the bottom right?

    I get a splash message box right above the Category Name field that says: ! Category Mycategory added

    And it gets added to the table of Categories above.

    i have the same problem. I’m using 2.2.1
    i want to add a new category.
    :: Manage > Categories > Move to the end of the page to fill in the textboxes (Category name, Category slug) to Add a new category. When I click the “Add Category” button. Nothing happens and all text that i typed in the boxes is cleared.

    I don’t understand. Because this is a fresh install.

    I can’t add new Category.

    Me neither. Not working!
