After install of the plugin I changed the URL where the plugin was published from /testimonials to /why-ace/reviews, however the google bots flagged both categories I have made as 404.

I try to type in the category titles “/facebook-reviews/” and another one, after the new URL, but no dice.

I have redirected them for now, but would like the categories to have their own URL, as was your intent.

    Hey Jenglish –

We actually don’t have the plugin implemented to allow categories to be viewed as you describe.

The way our categories work is that you pass them via a shortcode attribute, into the page you are displaying it on, or you pass it to the widget.

So, this is something we can add to our future work list, but I just want to be clear it isn’t something that is broken — it hasn’t been setup to work as you describe.

    Best,
    Richard

Ok, well it would be obviously great for SEO as the individual testimonials create the individual URL.

I have had to 301 redirect.

I don’t believe this is resolved, its more a to be addressed as the plugin did create this link.

    Hey jenglish!

Ok, I see what you are saying — I don’t have a way to mark this ‘un-resolved’ now, that I see, but I will put this on our list.

    Best regards,
    Richard
