    Hi.

    A type of FAQ on a page divided by category.

    But I also want to create another knowledge base page divided by category.

    How can I make sure the categories don’t get mixed up?

    Hi kklo,
    Hope you are doing well.

    Actually, our FAQ builder shows all the FAQ categories and FAQs together. However, if you want to show another knowledge base page divided by FAQ category, you need to create the page separately by using the FAQ shortcode and other shortcodes that want to show on that page. You need to set the FAQ group ID of the specific group that you want to show.
