Category and Tag links broken

Howdy. Our team just discovered that links to ALL Category or Tag option default to an unstyled default site index.
Like this: https://www.wilmettekenilworth.com/consumer-directory/wpbdp_category/shop/
and
https://www.wilmettekenilworth.com/consumer-directory/wpbdp_tag/real-estatereal-estate-services/?????
The main “Consumer Directory” page (https://www.wilmettekenilworth.com/consumer-directory/) and any individual listing page look fine. As do top category pages where we use a shortcode, like https://www.wilmettekenilworth.com/dine/
What has changed? What do we do to make those work again?
Not sure when they stopped being correct (though they were working properly at least just a few weeks ago when last checked).Theme: Genesis, Divine

PS: The Setting “Disable Advanced CPT Integration” is on.
Business Directory Plugin Version 6.4.3
And the main Member Directory is powered by ChamberMaster. This Consumer Directory was requested to be more consumer friendly.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
