Category Archive ruins header?

So im using the Autofocus theme [“https://allancole.com/wordpress/themes/autofocus/”%5D, I have a couple pages that point directly to a url for a specific category to display. when you go through those links AND/OR though a master archive the header becomes really really small for some reason.
I’ve tried to figure this out and search and search for an answer, but I dont know what is causing this. Im new to this and would appreciate any help.
