    Hi –

    Love this theme.

    My category archives seem to have changed. They used to have crisp, square images. Now they have blurry, banner images.

    Any insight into this?

    check your setup for featured image size in wp-admin->appeareance->theme options->post settings->featured image size. you should either use thumbnail or medium for it.
