Category archives title and thumbnail only?

Hi there

I should start off by saying I have zero coding abilities. I have tried a few things here and there, using Cyberduck. I use the Genesis Loop plug in for my category archive pages. I am wanting them to be thumbnail and title only, no excerpt or post meta. How do I do this? Currently a category index page looks like this https://www.foodfaithfitness.com/category/side-dish/
