Category Assistance

Hey,

I’m looking to set up, for all intents and purposes, two separate journals on my site using the same WP install. The way I want to do that is, when sent to one journal, it displays only that category (logansjournal, whatever), and when sent to the other journal, displays only the posts from that category (willsjournal).

However, I would like for it to be set up to where, say, the headers are different for those journals, to show that they are different parts of the same site, rather than carbon-copy blogs. Is there any way to have a different template for a lone category?
