Category check with staff wont save, can't book appointments

Since the latest update I’m not able to check a specific category with a staff profile. After checking the category and saving, it doesn’t actually save the category check. When I go back to see it’s empty (not checked). I’ve tried to uninstall and install again and tried to delete staff and services and add again but nothing has worked. So you basically can’t make any appointments at the moment at all.. How do I fix this?
